Shandong Yueneng Chemical Co., Ltd. is situated in Lijin County, Binhai New Area, Shandong Province. It is strategically located with Bohai Bay to the north, Dongying Port to the east, and the G18 Expressway to the south. Additionally, the upcoming Bohai Rim Expressway will provide convenient access to the factory area. Established in April 2015, our company currently employs over 1,000 individuals. We are a comprehensive chemical enterprise specializing in petroleum fine chemicals while also offering warehousing, logistics, and international trade services.

The company's expansion plan involves a total area of over 4,500 mu, with an investment of 1.478 billion yuan and occupying an area of more than 500 mu. This phase of the project includes the construction of a 1.6 million tons/year heavy oil hydrogenation and upgrading unit, a 40,000 Nm/h hydrogen production unit, a 20,000 tons/year sulfur recovery and a 20t/h acidic water stripping unit. Additionally, there will be an 180,000 m fuel oil storage tank farm, along with various public and auxiliary projects and sales service terminals. The first phase of the project was successfully completed and commenced operations in February 2015.

The ongoing project by our company entails a total investment of 5.009 billion yuan and spans an area of over 2,000 mu. It involves the construction of a 3.6 million tons/year high-sulfur fuel oil viscosity reduction and refining project aimed at producing olefin aromatic hydrocarbons,It is scheduled to be completed and operational by August 2024. The primary raw material for the project is high-sulfur fuel oil, and the production will include ultra-low-sulfur marine oil, hydrogen, benzene, toluene, mixed xylene, aromatic hydrocarbons, propylene, propane, MTBE, and C4 ether, among other products. Once the project is operational, it is expected to generate an annual sales income of 14.4 billion yuan and provide employment for over 500 individuals.

The third phase of the project is projected to have a total planned investment of 6.2 billion yuan and will encompass an area of over 2,000 mu. The plan involves establishing an intelligent warehousing and logistics project for 2.18 million m of liquid chemicals, as well as a needle coke production project with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons. Following the completion of the project, carbon electrodes, anodes, electrolytes, and other products will be added to the company's product portfolio. In line with the company's development plan, it will further expand into the new energy sector in the future. The project emphasizes the use of environmentally friendly and efficient hydrogenation processes, incorporates advanced control technology, extends the product industry chain, and ultimately achieves high-quality and high-end development. The project is expected to generate an increased output value of over 35 billion yuan. The primary products of the project will be high-quality aromatic hydrocarbons and olefin chemical products, which will further expand into the chemical product domain and contribute to the sustained, rapid, and healthy development of the olefin aromatic hydrocarbon industry.
